These are used during paying out / pulling of triple bundle conductors. The body and pulleys are fabricated from alloy steel and the pulleys rolls on bushes.

SWIVEL / ARTICULATED JOINT

These joints are used to connect shocks (conductor) with headboard (Pilot wire). During pulling of conductor it acts as a reliever of tensional strain, induced in the conductor during its manufacturing. These are also used in four sheave pulley block during final sagging. These are made up of high tensile steel. The two halves of unit are joined with bronze bush and thrust bearings which provide better load bearing and rotational ability.

Theses jacks are used for clamping & lifting of conductor / earth wire drum. The lifting system of jack is based on mechanical screw jack system. The shaft rotates in the bush fixed in brackets. The braking arrangement facilitates reducing / stopping rotational speed of drum. The bases of the jacks are fabricated from alloy steel.

These are used during conductor / earth wire paying out in uneven terrain or when paying out is to be done from damaged conductor drums. The different part of the bodies is fabricated from alloy steel extrusion. The central shaft rotates on Tapper roller bearing. The breaking arrangement facilitates reducing / stopping rotational speed of drum.

This pulley has integrated projection which facilitates easy attachment of swivel joint. These pulleys may also be used as lifting tackle when used in pair.
