Since 1977, NIKE Energy has continuously expanded its engineering and manufacturing capabilities through product development, new technologies and participation in demanding infrastructure applications. The milestones below trace this journey from the company's early mechanical engineering work to its present capabilities across power, railway, aerospace and industrial engineering.
Began manufacturing wheels for four-sheave pulleys, marking an early step in NIKE's engineering manufacturing journey.
Developed capability for repairing and overhauling sagging winch machines.
Expanded engineering capabilities into the repair of drum lifting jacks.
Progressed from repair work to manufacturing drum lifting jacks.
Developed manufacturing capability for wheels used in trolleys.
Developed erection and stringing single-sheave pulleys for four-sheave pulley applications.
Started manufacturing single, three and five-sheave rollers.
Started exporting products to international markets, beginning NIKE's global business journey.
Developed a braking system for diesel locomotives, expanding into railway engineering applications.
Developed cattle guards for diesel locomotives.
Started working with BHEL for various turbine spares.

Designed specialized tools for India's longest river crossing project in West Bengal.
Installed a high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) system to strengthen precision inspection capabilities.
Developed quick release couplings for industrial and engineering applications.
Developed 91 railway electrification fittings for OHE and TSS applications.
Developed locomotive pantographs and motor suspension units and launched the Cierre-A brand for stainless steel and HDG fasteners.
Operated a workshop at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Kanpur – Transport Aircraft Division for precision machining and injection moulding through the technical team.
Became an approved source for electrical and diesel locomotive critical components and began manufacturing a 1.6T hand-operated pulling and lifting machine.
Machined more than 15,000 railway wheels, while also developing Perrot coupling and HDPE socket products and upgrading traction regulating equipment.
Developed a high-reach pantograph prototype and expanded specialized hose coupling capabilities. The company was also approved for 765 kV transmission hardware.
Continued engineering development through the manufacturing of critical components for power assemblies in diesel engines.
