A few words about us

Nike Group of Companies was established in 1977 by Shri B. P. Agrawal as a small engineering enterprise with a clear vision to contribute to the nation’s development through advanced engineering solutions. Over the years, supported by a strong work culture and continuous improvement, the Nike Group has grown into a diversified manufacturing organization with two production units: Nike Energy Manufacturing Private Limited – Unit I and Unit II.

The company is a pioneer in the manufacturing of power transmission line tools and plants, hardware fittings, electric locomotive engine components, boiler and turbine accessories, as well as aeronautical and defence components. Nike Group manufactures critical parts for prestigious defence and aerospace platforms, including Sukhoi-30 MKI, Tejas (LCA – Light Combat Aircraft), LCH (Light Combat Helicopter), and electric passenger and freight locomotives, including pantograph systems.

Moving onwards

In 2019, the Nike Group further expanded its global footprint by entering the manufacturing of high-tensile stainless steel fasteners and quick release couplings, strengthening its presence in international markets and diverse industrial applications.
