These pulleys have various uses during tower erection and conductor stringing. The pulleys are closed within the frame hence only end of the rope can be passed over pulleys. The frame and pulleys are made up of High-Tensile Steel. It comes in "S" or "EYE" hook which swing around on its pivot done on top of the frame. The pulley rolls on ball bearings.
