These rollers are used during stringing of twin bundle conductors, when paying out of pilot wire is done by helicopter. The rollers are made up of Aluminum A|loy/ Nylon (Depends requirement of Customer) & grooves are lined with neoprene rubber flap. Each roller Polls on double ball bearings. The pilot wire guide system is fitted such a way that the pilot wire falls in middle roller only and after passing out Head board it retains its position automatically. One side of the frames is fabricated from channel while other side is rectangle box formed from channel of High-Tensile Steel.
