Helicopter Stringing Tools

These rollers are used during stringing of single conductors, when paying out of pilot wire is done by helicopter. The rollers are made up of Aluminum alloy / Nylon (Depends upon requirement of Customer) & grooves are lined with neoprene rubber flap. Each roller rolls on double ball bearings. The pilot wire guide system is fitted such a way that the pilot wire falls in roller only. One side of the frames is fabricated from channel while other side is rectangle box formed from channel of alloy steel.

These rollers are used during stringing of twin bundle conductors, when paying out of pilot wire is done by helicopter. The rollers are made up of Aluminum alloy / Nylon (Depends upon requirement of Customer) & grooves are lined with neoprene rubber flap. Each roller rolls on double ball bearings. The pilot wire guide system is fitted such a way that the pilot wire falls in middle roller only and after passing out Head board it retains its position automatically. One side of the frames is fabricated from channel while other side is rectangle box formed from channel of alloy steel.

These rollers are used during stringing of quad bundle conductors. The rollers are made up of Aluminum alloy & grooves are lined with neoprene rubber flap. The roller rolls on ball bearing. The hanging system of these aerial rollers are consists of yoke and hanging plate. The frames are fabricated from single channel of alloy steel.
